POLINA KOROVINA – SILLY PAINTER

Silly Painter is a new multi-disciplinary project and process by POLYPIXA aka Polina Korovina. The title is taken from their debut release, an experimental dreamsynth-aggro-pop journey across feminism, rebellion and gender terror based on a solid fundament of postpunk and traditional Russian music.
For their show in GOLD+BETON, Polypixa will visualize each of the 7 tracks as a live and ongoing exhibition-performance.
These mixed media works – ranging from painting, photography, performance and poetry – will be completed with presentations of videoworks by different artists and sound-/live performances, regarding the circumstances of current COVID 19 regulations.
