Home made is a performance and exhibition that has been inspired by the communist regime in Romania, when abortion was illegal and contraceptive methods were very scarce.
Even if abortion is not illegal anymore in Romania, there is always a matter of extreme urgency when it comes to abortion, from stigmatising women who have abortions to restricting it. Even if abortion is legal in many countries, it is subjecting women to hostilities and this is a major problem.
